Thamotheran House: Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland. 2008-2012
A party wall addition, forming a co-operative property and a new residence for a family.
The brief for this project was to furnish the envelope, which the owner would then finish himself. Particularities of this project included a sound proofing wall required by the commune to reduce the noise from the adjacent road and the surprisingly unexpected dealings with the co-owner.
